BMW 330D Buying advice

So, following on from my previous post, I took a 330D for a test drive today. 20k miles, great spec, absolutely lovely condition. Private sale, the guy seemed really genuine. All good so far...but I have reservations. ..3 owners on a 3 year old car. Current owner only bought it in May. He says his job has changed and he needs a 4x4 and the first owner was the dealership. Maybe...

But the doors rattled like crazy. He said it was a known problem and a quick Google confirms this. He says he's getting it sorted at the dealership in a couple of weeks. Ok...I can wait until after its done and see if the problem is solved.

Any 3 series owners had the same door rattle/squeek issue successfully resolved and should I be concerned about the number of owners?

Funnily enough driving home tonight on the motorway my 18 month old 330e with 30k on the clock was really annoying me with a door / dash rattle. Not 100% sure where is from yet. To be fair interior feels a little low rent to the A5 I had previously.

Have a Google. It's a known problem and BMW will treat it with Teflon tape apparently

I bought one today, F31 in black, 39k on clock for £13.6k.

I got ‘modern’ trim- like the m-sport but looks more like a sleeper but has pro-nav, upgraded leather, darkened windows.

I absolutely love it, effortlessly fast.
