Which of these would you buy??

So at present have a Supra on order and after the test drive quite liked it.

But then got an amazing offer on a new M2 with 9k off.

And yesterday been offered an Aston Martin vantage s for £45k.

The Supra is the most expensive, the Aston next and BMW cheapest - but only by £40 a month.

Always wanted an Aston, but it's a 2013, the others are brand new.

What would you guys do?

My personal vote would be the Supra. All yours and latest model. That’s what I do myself.

The new cars will depreciate badly. A 6 year old car won't.

Buy the Aston, keep it for as long as you love it. Sell it when you don't - for probably about the same as you paid - and then buy a new car if you want one.

I'd go Aston, see if you like it and after 6 months you can still buy the other 2 (assuming Europe hasn't built a wall and our currency is worth more than a rupee)

I think saying you quite liked the Supra suggests you didn't exactly love it!

But if you do go to look at the Aston be prepared to want to buy it.

I'm sure it will cost more to run, but man maths says that will be offset by less depreciation.

Asked my girlfriend ... She said the only way I'm allowed the Aston is if I then take her to do the NC500 after

Supra was nice, really impressive but the chance to own an Aston doesn't come up often.

Just watch the running costs on the Aston, mate has a bill on his that was 2 years depreciation on my car lol

I would not buy anything when your so undecided, the Aston will thrill and disappoint with the low tech and very analogue feel plus if anything goes wrong be ready to pay.

Love the Aston - just usually i spent months researching a car and then go for it.

This has come out of the blue.

Then again... my 911 turbo i saw Friday night, bought Saturday morning.

I think the lower depreciation may be at least partially offset by higher running costs, repairs or warranty. If you buy from the trade and then part ex, there will still be some depreciation even on a 6 year old car.

Sometimes buying new at a huge discount can yield surprisingly low depreciation.

Is the Aston manual?

Is it from a garage or private sale?

I love my vantage, the whole point of it is to be an old-school "drivers" car, if you want all new technology and "ICE" which people seem to put above the driving experience these days then the Vantage is not the one to chose.

If you don't want the vantage I'd be tempted at that price!

I would go with the Aston, as long as you think it is a good price and you are not paying a premium.. The newer cars will lose you money. BMW M cars are constantly discounting their cars with their made up list prices. I bet a Supra is a nice car, however Aston is in a different league!

To keep the Aston nice, it will cost you.. Therefore you cannot run a mile when you see the bills. You should no doubt be used to this on your 911 Turbo?

The car has 5 months main dealer warranty.

Its a manual car - which i much prefer!!

Nice position to be in, spoilt for choice of which all the cars are great.
Put three different coloured balls into a cloth bag, each represents a car, dip in and pull out one ball.
Bingo! that’s your choice sorted, if you can’t go with it discard that ball and try again.

M2 been cancelled... Toyota being cancelled to - figure if i wasnt sure - they shouldnt be in the mix!

Aston i love - but the clutch never having been changed is a concern as not been done as far as anyone knows.

I do rather like the look of the Supra myself. But in all honesty what would I do? Probably buy a Mustang, Corvette, Challenger or a Lotus Evora.
