Make the most of the fact that you're under a FCA regulated contract. Complain to your finance provider and make it clear that you'll start a complaint with the financial ombudsman if your issue is not promptly resolved.

Have them replace the bluetooth module and if that doesn't work, then the iDrive. Fairly common issues.
Although, is it only happening to your phone? Does it happen to other phones? Etc.

Very frustrating, but I would expect BMW to be looking after you a bit better. The dealers I've been to have been very helpful.

You'll not be able to throw the car back to the dealer because the Bluetooth isn't working. Which is fair.

Is the car software up to date, is your phone software up to date ? it sounds more like an issue with the phone than the car
