I'm looking for a pretty standard run-around (sorry) but have no idea what to get. The last car I had was a nissan almera tino a couple of years ago, and I'd like to find something similar again if possible.

I don't have a lot to spend, around £4,000 tops. I will be driving short distances (>50 miles round trip) regularly and hauling stuff for my allotment and kid as well, so need a decent sized boot.

I don't know if a lease would be a better idea rather than a used car - suggestions about these as well would be appreciated.

Thanks!

To be fair, you can't really go wrong with anything at that criteria. If your not really fussed what it is then I would go for something half that price that's reliable. And avoid leasing.

Thanks! I've only actually owned tino almeras so don't know what driving anything else is like esp after a 2 year break in having a car.
