VW Caravelle purchasing

Being a 40 something IT person with a kid and another on the way I need a VW Caravelle. (I have a requirement for 3 isofix seats) and you know 'lifestyle'.
Anyhoo. Looking at a Caravelle. What's the best way to get a brand new one? Full disclosure, I don't have £45k in my savings account. I do have a trade-in worth about £6-7k and a few grand I could throw at it.
Does anyone have any insight into the likelihood of getting a decent PCP or lease deal on one? I'd probably look to purchase the vehicle at the end of the term too.
