Cancel lease before signing agreement - fees refund?

Hey all,

I’ve paid a broker a fee to order a lease a few of days ago. I am well within 14 days. Lo and behold the same vehicle has come up for less money with other companies. The broker is unable to match the price I found.

If I cancel am I entitled by law to get my fees back? Does anyone have any experience with this?
