Well it looks like I may need a new motor sooner than i had hoped, with that in mind, the requirements are as follows...

- Able to carry 26kg large dog
- Able to carry family of 4 in comfort
- Petrol as only do 5k a year
- Easy to upgrade stereo to android auto unit
- Reliable and wont cost a bomb if things do go wrong
- Live in the New Forest so would prefer something a bit "rufty tufty" as occasionally go up farm tracks etc...
- Not a Ford as for some reason the interior plastics set off my wifes migraines!

Whatever i get needs to keep me going till middle of 2021, when the finance agreement on the wifes V40 finishes and i can get something a lot nicer!!

Current thinking is Honda CRV, Toyota Rav 4.....Am i missing something obvious for this lowly price point?
