Golf / Leon 1.5 Dsg

Hi all
Wondering if anyone had a view on these please, primarily looking for either a polo GTi or a mini cooper s in Jan however I've seen some good lease deals on the seat Leon fr and the golf with the 1.5 Evo engine.
Wondering if these are any good, particularly on the motorway
If the general consensus is yes I'll go take a test drive.
Still trying to adjust to this new world of small engines with forced induction, my last golf was a 2.0 GT TDI
Any insight would be much appreciated

The 1.5 is suffering with an issue that VAG can't seem to fix at the moment:

Thank you for the info, I'd understood that issue to only affect the manual versions but looks like it impacts the dsg too, as such I will cross these off the list.
Appreciate the help, it's saved me time and effort test driving
