2018 Fiesta ST after Civic Type R FN2

I had an FN2 Type R for 5 years which I loved but eventually sold since I got tired of the harsh ride for everyday use. I am considering buying the latest fiesta ST, but I am worried about the ride comfort since all reviews mention the firm ride. Does anyone have experience with both? Unfortunately I can't test drive the ST since here in Greece there isn't a demo car available
