My 2017 SKODA KODIAQ EDITION 1.4TSI 150 DSG  3 year lease is due to end in June 2020.

I have asked for a quote with the possibility of purchasing the car in March 2020 and they have advised it would cost £22,200

Mileage: 20,000

Colour - QUARTZ GREY
Leathers - BEIGE

Extra Options -
Isofix Front Passenger Seat
Elec Child Saftey Lock
Park Assist
Media Command
Lane Assist with Blind Spot Detection
Carpet Mats

Is this price reasonable?

No you should follow it to auction

Why are not asking your local dealer and searching on AutoTrader for similar spec cars. Jesus it's not bloody rocket science.

How would I do this?
Fairly new to leasing let alone buy a car from an auction...

A quick glance at Autotrader suggests wishing them luck remarketing it.

Those examples above are boggo spec manuals so not a fair comparison.
There are two Edition 1.4 DSGs under £22500 on Autotrader which would suggest the price you have been given is fair, especially as yours has a few good options but not super-cheap.

I would ask for a quote each month as the price will probably reduce nearer to the end of contract. The car will be out of warranty so that is a factor to consider if purchasing. However if the specification suits you and you can’t find anything comparable at a similar price then only you can decide if it’s worth buying. There have been decent deals on lower spec models recently but it’s unlikely you’ll obtain a similar lease deal at a similar price three years later.

If you are able to increase your budget by another £3 or £4K drive the deal are currently discounting the Kodiaq Edition by around £6.5K with free metallic paint so if you really wanted to own one that might be a more sensible option.
