Pre owned tracked Porsche GT4

I’m looking 13000km tracked GT4, I want to know what would be common problems to look out for?

The car is currently still under warranty and I will continue the warranty with Porsche

Any clue as to how many of the 13k km have been done on track?
I am thinking if it belonged to an older gentleman tracking it twice a year, the outcome could be quite different to a driving experience company having used for punters to drive...

The car I believe has been tracked with the Porsche club in Dubai twice a month for the past 2 years

So it will have been hammered by people who don't own it in hot temperatures on a very regular basis, but probably serviced and generally cared for well.

No the car is not owned by the club, private owner but he reckons he’d tracked it once a month for the past few years - I doubled that figure.

He’s the second owner

I've heard about over rev reports and warranties.

No personal experience, but could be worth considering/investigating.
