Estate, Opening Panoramic Roof, Handles...4k?

Looking for an estate, need the big boot. Must have an opening panoramic roof as my convertible will be going and I'll miss it, and must be fairly reliable and not handle like a barge. Other comforst appreciated like heated seats, climate etc...

My current contender is a Skoda Suberb, but open to any suggestions please.

You say you don't want it to be barge like so I have to ask if you've driven the Superb as they're not anywhere near the best handling FWD estate, i don't think you'll miss the roof as much as you think once you'll have had the car for a bit.
