Four years in a diesel, madness??

Looking at PCP for a new family bus as my petrol lease car goes back soon and there just aren't any deals out there. There are however pretty sweet PCP offers around for cars drinking the devil's juice.

But....... I have a son at Bristol uni inside the diesel ban zone and friends and family inside the London ULEZ

Obvs the car will be Euro 6 compliant so OK in London but do I trust them to keep the same rules over a 4y PCP term? Bristol have shown the way and who knows which other towns and cities esp my home town will pull an unexpected ban out of thin air??

Just add in an appropriate number of 60 quid fines when calculating whether the deal is worth it. How many times will you have to drive into the centre of Bristol, or be unable to use P&R at other cities etc...
