He say he has been doing it for 21 years. No address or reviews worry me.

Done a quick search online and nothing i can find. Oddly, his website suggested registered - however nothing matching address or company name at companies house. Not to say he isn't trading under a different company etc, not sure, but personally i would stay away and go elsewhere.
