Audi lease return service due

Hi Pistonheads,
Has anybody returned an Audi with the service indicator showing that the service is overdue? My A5 is showing service due 2 months early (20th April 2018 delivery with 12 miles on the clock) I've already had to pay out for an oil change on it. I spoke to my local dealer who referred me to Audi Financial Services. They told me the 2 year servicing is an estimate and if the service light is on it needs to be done. I've lodged a complaint and I'm waiting on a response.
It should be 2yr/20k servicing, but it's showing 2 months early at 15.5k miles. Did about 11k miles in first 12m then changed jobs closer to home, short journey, stop/start. This is what Audi say has caused the indicator to come on.
Does anybody know how much BCA/Audi Finance charge for the service if it goes back overdue? The dealer is quoting c.£250

Is it a diesel? If so the system likely monitors the dilution rate of the oil (with fuel) that occurs when the DPF regen takes place but is interrupted , once its reaches a predefined limit it will signal an oil change needed.
I've never dealt specifically with Audi finance but have sent a lease car back serviced by my local "fast fit" and they didn't add on any charges despite my agreement stating it had to be done by the main dealer.

2yr/20k is the maximum. But this is variable service interval, not fixed. What it's showing sounds about right. You may want to consider handing it back early as you would only be liable for 55% of the remaining payments. deebs said:

What mileage and age was the oil change?What mileage and age is the car now?
For £250 (remarkably low by Audi standards) it sounds like it's calling for the Inspection service, that should be the full 2yrs unless you go over the max mileage, which I think is 18,750 (30,000kms).
