Vwfs & Experian

Hi all... Wonder if anyone has any advice regarding an issue I am having with vwfs.

I did an early termination, within the last month of 3 year lease. Paid the 50% remaining charges, all fine.

Last month I was refused credit for the first time... Having got my Experian report, Audi have put a missed payment on for the last month of the lease. It's taken 300 points off my credit score, taking it from the highest possible down to poor.

Just got off phone to vwfs who confirm my account is ear and closed, am in fact in another of their lease cars now.

Anyone had anything similar?

I am no expert, but surely just file a complaint and have them investigate the issue for you and have them reverse it?
