Need help finding my next car (20 year old)

Hello all, I am new around here, I have seen that you guys are really good at recommending cars to people who are new to this gas head world. I am currently 20 years old (21 in 6 months) with 3 years no claims bonus, I am looking for a car that is insurance group 20 or less that is fast off the line but doesn't suck fuel like a demon (40MPG+ is possible).

Any advice or suggestions are very much appreciated

I'm not sure why you'd need to be fast off the line.

If it's about being quick from a standing start and high MPG you may want to consider a motorcycle.
