W204 c63 with PPP without the Alcantara steering wheel

So I'm looking at C63 and want one with PPP. As some garages don't list or not know the car has PPP. I look for the Red/Yellow brakes and boot lip. However, I have seen some without the Alcantara and leather steering wheel. So my question is can C63 have PPP without the Alcantara steering wheel or is it that at some point the Red/Yellow brakes and boot lip has been added to a Non-PPP c63.
