In a fortunate position to start looking for a new car in the next few months, when COVID packs itself up..... if it does!!
One car I'm quite interested in is the new Fiesta ST-3 - and would just like to ask people, who own the car, what it's like to drive on a daily but if there are any security issues etc?

Do you mean mk7? I have a 2016 ST-3 with MP215 upgrade from new. To be honest it's brilliant as a daily with very few negatives. Interior materials and design is dated but to drive they are superb. Agile and plenty of overtaking grunt particularly with the remap (236 lbft). Ride is firm but later ones like mine had the ST200 spring/damper settings so slightly more forgiving. Only other criticisms, seats a bit firm and set high, headlights probably worst I've had on a car and not inspiring at night. Sat nav screen is tiny. No really up to date tech so only Bluetooth streaming or usb for music (DAB works ok though). I average 35mpg too and low tax/servicing costs. Good tyres also reasonable (Michelins much better than OEM Bridgestone).
