I'm thinking of getting my daughter a car to learn in and use as her first car.

Something like a Fiat 500 or Panda, Hyundai i10 or Suzuki.

Looking at up to 3 years old and low ish mileage.

Ideally would like to see if there are bargains out there so thinking of an online auction - any recommendations as to where to look?

Any comments on a suitable car appreciated as well.

Thanks in advance.

Worth looking at the fuel and go deals Peugeot and Ctroen run on the 107 and C1 respectively, you may find by the time you have added insurance onto a second hand car for a new driver you can get a brand new car with insurance included for the same money.

Go on the classifieds Pistonheads/Autotrader/Ebay at three years old just get the nicest well spec'd car you can find what's your budget?

Here's the thing you can find a nice older Fiat 500 for not a lot it's going to be your daughters first car she's going to end up with the odd scratch wheel curbing etc put the difference in price to one side & put that towards her second car that hopefully she'll take more care of.

Look on Copart - many are already pre-dented/scratches so you can save a lot.
