I've recently had my car written off and I've been so undecided what to get next, I had a boring mummy wagon before and although I still do need 5 doors for the kids, I'm hoping to find something that is a little fun to drive, isn't a money pit, max 1.6 petrol or 2l diesel, a small hatchback as don't need anything big.
I have a budget of 4k max.

Hit me with ideas.
Vauxhalls are a no as oh hates them.

Cheers.

If you're considering an EOS why does it have to be 5 doors?

I'm not now as I need to think of my kids too and a 5 door hatchback would be much better for them.

Second one down, we own its near-identical twin.

Same engine, same Veloce trim, same colour, and the registration plate differs only by one increment of the final letter (XSH rather than XSJ). Differences are that ours lacks the hill hold and rain sensor, but has the optional red leather and 18" wheels, and another 32000 miles on its odometer...

Ours has been excellent, would highly recommend a Giulietta.
