Cayman or Cayman S 981

Hi I recently started working a year ago and bought a Mini Cooper it’s was the cheapest car I could find that I relatively liked

Now I’m seeing a Porsche Cayman or cayman S.
as it’s my first sports car I was wondering if it’s really worth to get more 7k for the S.. I’m aiming for a 981 cayman from 2014-2016
