Best car for me?

Hi all need help finding a new car! I've done endless searches but cant seem to find one I like!
Budget: £5,500
Relatively quick (0-60 under 8 secs)
At least 4 seats for kids
Nothing above £250 tax
Obviously has to be somewhat reliable
Any help welcome!

That's a good list! Thanks! Yeah I realise its hard to find decent cars with low tax I just hate the idea of paying it but looks like I don't have much choice
