Car Finance with Balloon Payment

I am looking to finance the purchase of a 911; 2014 car at a cost of £46,000 but with a £12,000 deposit.

Halifax offer a 4 year deal with a balloon payment at the end at 4.9%, £16,000 to pay after 4 years, the only snag is you must have been a customer for 3 months prior.

Does anyone else offer a similar loans?

I'm new to the world of car finance but cannot find anything similar

The car specific version of this finance is called PCP - Personal Contract Purchase, available from all the normal channels
