Service pack for BMW 2 Series on a PCH - worth it?

Long time lurker, first time poster. Really find this forum to be the font of all knowledge and have just managed to bag my second reasonably priced lease deal on the back of the fantastic thread here.
The deal is 6+23 @ £235pm for a 218i M Sport Auto with a couple of options ticked, including metallic paint. 6k miles, though in terms of actual usage, the car probably won't be breaking 5k miles/year and 10k cumulatively.
A few questions:
1. How long are BMWs service intervals - are they based on time elapsed or miles covered?
2. I can't imagine that I'll be needing to replace the tires in the first 2 years especially with the low mileage.
Anyway, the pack I've been offered is an extra £15/month with £90 upfront which makes it a total of £450 over the 2 years. Am I better off buying the pack which includes the servicing, maintenance, tyres, breakdown cover - or is it better to deal with that myself? With my current Audi, the breakdown cover was included as standard, not sure on how BMW manage it though.

This ( http://www.parkavebmw.com/bmw-2-series-maintenance... ) seems to think you will need 2 oil changes in the time you have the car (one every 12 months).
I would be incredibly surprised if breakdown cover wasnt included, as the car will still be well and truly under warranty.
I dont think £450 is a good price for two oil changes.
A final note, I hate to chuck a bucket of cold water on your fire but i ran some maths (because im nosy) and £6815 (6 +23) for 10000 miles is the equivalent of doing somewhere between 7 and 8 mpg (if a liter is £1.10) for all of those 10000 miles.

BMW service intervals are condition based so usually work out at 18k or two years. My other half had the 1.5 engine in her F56 Cooper and doing 8k per year it asked fur a service at two years which was £315.
We had it three years, going back just before the brake fluid was due.
Tyres should see you through the duration too.
For the mileage you do / duration you’ll have the car, I can’t help but feel the service pack is bad venue.

Believe me, I had my spreadsheet out as well and did the maths multiple times before pulling the trigger. With only a month left before my current car goes, and a new baby on the way - it was needs must and this worked as the cheapest way of getting 5+2 seats (which was a requirement) and the right number of ISOFIX points in the car.

Yep, that's what I thought as well. Will be ringing round a couple of dealers to get an idea of cost but right now - the guaranteed outlay of £450 doesn't seem to make that much sense for what I'll be getting back for it. We had it three years, going back just before the brake fluid was due.

My M140i first service was quoted at £300 or so despite having more oil that the smaller engine. I bought the old service pack just before it ended because I’ll just about sneak the second, expensive service. That service pack looks expensive to me for probably just one oil service!
I paid about £600 for a 5 year and 60K mile Service Pack on my 57 plate 1 Series and got 3 services and 2 brake fluid changes for that, but Mrs Tidy got 5 years for £100 on her R56 Mini Cooper.
They don't look like good value for money any more sadly!

Newer car, new platform and interior/media. FWD though. But because it’s a new car and they may need to shift, better deal? Maybe 0% finance?
