Just a itch, under 3k late 80s/early 90s american saloon/pickup. Suggestions?

you haven't got a chance of getting anything near decent really

maybe scrape into some hideous Cadillac

I think all the cool stuff like the Cadillacs from the 80s TV shows etc are well out of this price range now frown

You might find a Mercury or an Oldsmobile... but do you really want a 7L V8 that does 8mpg and produces 160BHP? But the cheepo ones are cheep for a reason, they dont look cool, they dont drive that well are not that well built frown

I toyed with the idea of getting an El Camino as a company car, with it being a pick up the tax is quite good, but they are either cheep and shocking or mint and moded and really costly.

Spend 5k would seem the best suggestion, plenty of choice at that price point.
