Test drives during CV19

Good morning,
Firstly apologies if this has been covered elsewhere and mods please move if in the wrong forum as it's related to selling not buying.
I've got an MX-5 that I'm putting up for sale today, will be trying Facebook and Gumtree first and will be listing for around £950 with a view to taking a reasonable offer.
Car is taxed and has a valid MOT but no insurance. It had been SORN for a good few months and I recently taxed it and used temp insurance to move it to my driveway from where it had been stored and also to drive it somewhere locally where I could take some nice photos.
So this leads to my next question what should I do about test drives? Given the CV19 pandemic I'm not sure if I should be doing accompanied test drives anyway either as driver or passenger. How safe is it to allow a stranger to drive off in your car on their own? And what to do with the insurance situation if I do allow test drives? Is it unreasonable for me to not allow a test drive?
Should also add the above are genuine questions, car runs well so I'm not trying to hide anything but I've only sold 1 car privately in the 12 years I've been driving and that was a crappy £200 shed being sold as spares or repair before the pandemic so I've not really had to deal with any of this before!

At that sort of price, i just get them to leave all the cash with me and let them take it for a drive on the proviso if they crash or damage it, they've bought it.
It's quite a good tactic, in that i get to see how much cash they came with! If they brought the full amount in cash, negotiation is in my favour

When I sold recently I took the buyer out in the car. They didn't want to drive it but I would have been okay with it if they had evidence of insurance cover. We didn't bother with face masks but you could always do that, it would be the same as going in a taxi. If it's a nice day you'd have the roof down as well.
