No classic cars because I will be at university so I wont have the time and money for it

Hoping to get under £2000 for insurance

Clio/Twingo/Mito/Punto etc but it all depends on how much you want to pay for your car.

You don’t specify purchase price, just insurance price, but a VW Up, Skoda Citigo to Seat Mii must be contenders?

My dad has the Skoda version, and it’s brilliant fun to drive.

He specified his budget is 2k (12.46) for the car & 2k insurance at the start.
