Opinion about Mitsubishi Lancer (07 reg)

I want a shed and was looking at a 2007 reg Lancer equippe 1.6,petrol and manual ,its very tidy and clean apart from the fact that it has run 149k and the owner does not have the cambelt change history so I would need to do it if I go for it
He wanted £ 1100 , anyone ever used a Lancer of this vintage and if so what do you feel about it? I used a Carisma long ago it was a jolly good shed till it was vandalized at 158k as such im a bit partial towards Mitsis ,but in here due to the mileage and price should I walk away or haggled for a better price and what would be your ballpark figure?
