How quick are those scammers?

Literally within 30 seconds of posting my advert on PH my phone goes with one of those "I heard you've been in an accident" scammers. This was a couple of days ago and didn't think much of it at the time, but having just submitted the same ad to Gumtree, the same thing happened... twice! Within the same minute! Do they have a constant site scraper for new adverts?
