I'd go for a TVR Cerbera.

They are old and high maintenance though!

If 2 seats were ok though...I'd go in the direction of a Caterham/Elise I reckon.

How does the IS250 compare? I know it's a V6 and has less power. But the IS-F is not available with a manual. So I'm considering an IS250. Although not as a weekend toy. But since you brought the IS up.

My 4.5 just broke down. So depends if your idea of weekend fun is on your back in the driveway trying to remove a gearbox or not

To be fair though I've not had mine for 8 years now...so I'm looking back at it through very rose tinted glasses!

In reality though they will always be a royal pain in the backside to run sadly for sure. At least you have some spanner skills though. I'd have to pay someone to do it for me and I'd end up getting my pants pulled down for it.
