BMW 3/435D VS Audi A4 3.0 TDI

Looking for opinion on new car choice.
Stuck between BMW 4/335d or Audi A4 3.0 TDI 272bhp 8spd tiptronic
Driven 335d found the engine was superb but ride felt too choppy. Standard spec also poor
Audi has better spec and nicer interior however have not yet driven or sat inside.
Have tested 430d X drive which again was superb in the engine department and did not feel much down on the 335D but is slight more expensive but better spec'd with pro nav and h/k audio.
Currently run a M140i manual but looking to diesel and automatic now going forward. Would like to stay in a 6 cylinder as 4cy diesel is too far down in performance.
Does anyone have real world experience on the Audi's performance, ride/handling compared to the BMW?
