WBAC do they know when you've sold a car?

As the title, I put my car through their website to get a value a couple of years ago, and have been getting follow up emails ever since.
Finally sold it privately to a PHer a couple of months ago and now the emails have stopped.
Do they know some how?

doubt it they are still emailing me about two cars I have sold in the last 3-4 months.

I changed car in august last year and I'm still getting emails about the old car from wbac

Definitely not! I actually sold my car to WBAC and they continued e-mailing me re valuations for that same car for weeks afterwards
