What would you rather have? SVR or Panamera

Depends on your use.
I have a Panamera ST that I really like but it is truly a four seater. not huge inside. I have not driven the SVR so this is purely speculation but would think the Panamera would have better high speed performance. SVR would be more spacious and higher. Many people like the higher stance of an SUV and they are much easier to get in and out of.

Neither. If a Rangie I'd have a full fat Vogue (and indeed I have had one of those) or if a Panamera I'd have a GTS. The Rangie would be my choice if I also had a second sporty car but if just one car I'd have the Panamera as the best compromise and also less likely to spend time broken at a dealers (I have experience with a RR).

I’d also say an SVR isn’t roly poly either - if an SVR with its suspension is roly poly then that means pretty much every SUV ever built is roly poly
My experience is that isn’t the case

Panamera cannot be described, in all fairness, as a lightweight. My Turbo carries its weight in an incredible manner. It ought not be to able to throw itself around like that. I felt the same about my Gen 1 Cayenne though, so I suspect the SVR has similar dynamic capability. Question is, how thick is your skin, because you'll get gentle abuse for either (see posts above). Very few cars are ugly from the inside 
Out of those two Panamera without a seconds doubt, I do like a full size Range Rover as a rule but whenever I see an SVR it always appears to be driven in an appalling way by some complete numpty, who is typically revving the arse off it to make it as loud as possible, they have a really bad image to me.
