Help finding the right i3

Hi all
A friend of mine is after a BMW i3 with the 94ah battery, a range extender, pro-nav and preferably the Suite interior pack. He's also keen to get one with 0 road tax which is probably a 66 plate? List price with these specs is usually over £40k.
It appears he might be after a bit of a unicorn because of the road tax requirement...looks like this would have to be paid up until 2023 on a 17-plate for example.
Has anyone seen such a vehicle on their travels? He might have to ditch one or two of his requirements, I think the leather interior is bottom of the list for now.
