Selling a classic to France

Hi all
Just sold a classic car on eBay
The winning bidder is from France
Having no experience of selling to a foreign country (very little experience of selling at all)
I’m just asking advice here to avoid any possible fraud or scams
Guy has been an eBay member for many years with a v good feedback history
He’s asked for an IBAN , BIC Swift and driver’s license details for money transfer
Seems a little excessive (particularly drivers licence details) thought IBAN would be enough ??
Don’t want to give too many details due to possible ID theft

I sold a car to a guy who came from Holland to collect. I picked him up from the local station and he drove the last 2 or 3 miles to my house. Paid me cash on collection with a small holding deposit via bank transfer.
