MINI Electric help needed

Hi all,
My fiancée is on NHS nurse and can access the lease scheme. She can access a Mini Electric 2 for £260 a month for 36months and 10,000 miles. The scheme also includes insurance and maintenance.
She passed her test in October so is in her first year driving. At the moment she is driving a 2011 Corsa petrol with 70bhp. It was purchased outright but her insurance is £138 a month. It does around 35mpg so fuel will be approximately £120 a month her commute is 30miles all in. We are also setting aside £50 a month maintenance for the Corsa. All in the Corsa is £310 a month.
I’m estimating that the mini should work out the same cost monthly so obviously would be a nice upgrade!
Has anyone any experience running the electric mini? I know to expect a real world mileage of 95miles in winter do you find this accurate?
How reliable has the car been?
Any issues with chargers not working etc?
Do you suffer range anxiety?
My worry is reliability and range as a lease ties you in. The alternative is the Corsa as she hates the ID3 unfortunately but the MINI is her favourite by a long shot.

Can't help on the car,but there is a thread on here about the NHS lease.
Be aware that to keep doing the leases will really harm her pension. However, the 0 or very low tax on electric cars at the moment and the fuel saving you will make do make it very cheap motoring at this current point in time.

On the NHS schemes everything except fuel (electricity in this case) is covered.
No need to worry about reliability, servicing, tyres, insurance etc.
Only thing to really consider is break out costs. As it's basically a contract. You can break out but you pay for it, and as this is salary sacrifice there will be an impact on pension contributions.
As the commute is only 30 miles all in, sounds like a charge every other day type thing. So 90 odd miles range in winter should be more than enough!
Any longer distance travels just need to be planned in advance.
I had my Mrs down for an e-Golf on the NHS Fleet scheme, but VW cancelled the orders in anticipation for the id3. Glad they did as during Covid19 she's not driven and now on maternity!
Worked out on paper, just got mixed messages around pension impact.
Ask your fiancée to double check with her HR dept what the impact on her pension would be.
