Very low mileage after 3 years - odd?
Discussion
You don't say what car it is, but it could have been a motability car. They are on 3 year contracts and are often very low mileage. Imagine elderly person who uses it just to pop a couple of miles to the shops once or twice a week.
Sold after 3 years to someone who started using it more normally.

It had actually done 150,000 miles, but was clocked before the first MOT
My thoughts as well. A "mileage correction" before the first MOT and nobody's any the wiser. Unless of course there are verifiable service records.Edit... seeing the age of it who actually cares what mileage it did back in 2005!
