3k on a 07 Mercedes C220 CDI, are they reliable?

Hopefully going to look at the car below today or tomorrow. I’m told he’s a very good used MB dealer.
Is this series of 220 reliable? Are there any big/expensive particular problems to look out for?

The seller does have a good reputation on the Merc forums.
I've got the previous generation C Class - not aware of any fundamental engine / drivetrain problems. I think this generation (W204) had an issue with rusty subframes (especially the rear) and brake pipes rusting relatively early, so if this car was affected they might have been changed by now. The rears are a big job. You see reports of Mercedes changing the sub-frame as goodwill if it's bad enough (usually MOT fail prompts it). Ideally see if they'll put it on a lift for you (if you know what you're looking at!).
I'd also be keen to see the MOT smoke test result compared to the figure needed to pass. It might have been tested at the default figure rather than the plate value.
Make sure the heating points air in the right places as the controls change (the flap motor gears can break and it's big job to change, and the a/c is cold.
Of course you have to keep in mind that you're looking at 13yr old car.
