NHS Lease Deals

Mrs Funkhouser works in the NHS and has mentioned there are car leasing offers on at the moment for NHS workers. Does anyone have any recommendations? Any particularly good deals or are we better off going independent of any NHS deal? She's thinking of an XC60 in case its relevant.
