High mileage 987 Cayman - a bad idea?

As it says on the tin (title) - would a Cayman 987 with 90,000+ miles become expensive quick? The car won't have thousands of miles put on it, more than likely around 4,000 a year. I am already careful about buying cars with a good service / maintenance history, if well maintained are these often problematic? Is there anything you should look out for with these? Of course I can factor in tyres, general wear and tear parts, I'm thinking more issues specifc to these cars!

Air con condensors, quite expensive. Coolant "crossover" pipes at the front corroding, needs the front subframe dropped to get at them. Front to back AC pipes, brake pipes and gear linkage cables.

All fairly common. Being a Cayman no real worries on IMS, if it's a 2.7 no real worries on cylinder scoring. Preferable the oils been changed every 12 months rather than being left to 24 per the service schedule.

Other than that I think it's just your usual higher mileage performance car stuff re suspension refreshes etc.
