Quick Cars under £40k with great tech?

Hi all, first post! I put an order in for a Mercedes AMG A35 last month and it's all gone a bit wrong. The order had to be put on hold as apparently all Mercedes's park assists are being disabled due to an EU regulation on self-driving cars. Mercedes aren't offering me any sort of discount/refund on the car after removing the park assist and lane assist features that are on my order sheet and I'm paying for, so I'm thinking I'm just going to cancel the order. Trouble is I like the car and don't know what else to get, BMWs and Golfs aren't my thing and I'm after something FAST and sporty now I'm in my early thirties and can finally afford a quick car! I'm currently on a PCP deal on a diesel Jaguar XE for £450 a month which will be gone imminently. I'd love an F-Type but they're a bit out of reach. Ideally I'd like to lower that cost but if something awesome comes along I don't mind increasing a bit. Lot's of tech is a must! I love the tech in the A35 and the interior is amazing. Apple Carplay is greatly preferred too. Can anyone suggest some fun cars under/around £40k I can get on a PCP?

The answer is simple buy a lightly used one with the park assist already fitted you'll save a nice amount of money too.
