They have offered me £4k more for my part exchange (an X5 2015) than the retailer from I am picking my another car up

Looks like CarWow just partner with 'The Car Buying Group' (whoever they are) and offer a 'We Buy Any Car' type valuation/service.

Probably worth putting your X5's details into all the similar sites to see what they are all offering.

(It could be, however, the initial dealer was able to offer a low price on your new car by under-bidding on the part ex)
