Petrolheads fleet challenge : 50k

I have managed to convince the other half we need to change cars.
Current Fleet
Audi Q5 (S Pack) ; Honda Prelude 97 ; Jaguar Mk 2.
Needs - two kids under 10, but growing up fast
A Beach car that can handle long tracks with deep soft sand with surf boards / SUPs on top, 1,500kg trailering also required
A City car, small and fast preferably - school run.
Jag replacement - I am thinking 911, but budget and rear space may be an issue (?)
Happy to extend the budget if necessary - but not stupid levels past GBP 50k
