Selling privately - Do I need buyer's details for online

I am selling a car privately and plan to use the online notification here https://www.gov.uk/sold-bought-vehicle

Do I need to get all the buyer's details for this i.e. name & address etc on section 2 of the V5C, or do I just enter that the car is sold with no further detail?

Yes! How will the DVLA know who the new keeper is if you don't tell them!

I thought they will register their own details as new keeper when they have to tax it immediately.
