No experience of those, but I've had a Mazda and despite being a little soulless, engineering and hence reliability was excellent. Oh...and I just couldn't do the cactus, but each to their own !

The BMW is a better car than the ones on your list.

I wouldn't go that far, it's certainly no more ugly than the cars on your list.

On looks I’d go the Mazda think they look great.

I have a cousin who just loves Citroen’s and has never had any issues with them. Great value for money and come on a long way.

BMW 2 series active tourer is hideous come on it’s a mini van.

You might call them mini vans in America, but we call them MPVs.

None of the cars mentioned are good looking!

This.

I had a stroen Craptus on an 18month lease for £100/month. It suited perfectly at the time and was a bargain. No way would I spend real money on one.
Had a Qashqai for a while on a cheap lease too. It was OK ish.

I would definitely go for the BM as suggested.

Ha! We have renaults and BMWs and love them…. Old and new trouble free.
Out of your list though, the Mazda all day long.
I’ve got friends with qashqai’S who have had no end of problems with them.

Fair enough, just suggesting a better car.

Cross the Nissan off the list then, its basically a Japanese Renault.

Out of the list Mazda.

Thank you all for your thoughts, even you PH even though you recommended me a mini van ,laugh I,m now put off the Nissan which i was expecting to be a reliable car and am now edging towards the Mazda which i do agree with others that it is a good-looking car.
