Is there a price tracking template?

I am currently watching prices of a specific model. As you know, there are often many variables eg different options, registration dates, price, advert date etc. At the moment I enter them on a googlesheet (like an excel sheet) but it isn't the best solution. Wondering if there's a pre-made template anywhere that is free to use.
