v. low mileage car

about to buy a 2 yr old car with 1100 miles on the clock. ex-Motability. Pristine.
my feeling (hope) is that this should be ok as it's a newish car and has probably at least been started occasionally.
the biggest issue I can think of is that the AC has never been used (then again it may have been permanently on when driven). Would you worry about any substantive issues? tyres, battery and fresh oil I can handle.

It'll be fine. I bought an Alfa Romeo 147 that did only 70 miles in its first two years as it was sat on the forecourt and the dealer couldn't shift it the whole time - nothing went wrong with it for another 55,000 miles.
