High mileage astra van - help

anything to look out for on a 100 k + mileage astra van?

1.7 cdti the egr coolant hoses,had two vans both developed pin hole leaks in the hoses at 100k miles,hard to trace at first only leak at running temp,header tank empty,looking under bonnet no sign n of leak at tick over
Cambelt change at 100k easy enough done it on drive
Alternators can be bit ropey,stay away from cheapest eurocarparrs ones,Bosch better,fairly easy to change
Other than that had two over 180 k

most are over 125k miles im looking at
