from my experience selling to Cazoo, the 'sites' aren't run by car sales people, so I really doubt you'd have any issues at all.

wouldn't this be covered by 'distance selling regulations'?

I think there's a 250mile limit, then you get charged £1 per mile after that.

why not just find one at a dealer near you and go and test drive it, bit cheeky but happens every day.

To be honest it would partially be about using it as a test drive but don’t want to take liberties as I’m pretty sure it’s what I’m after . I’m a little surprised it’s not open to a bit of abuse with the 200 mile thing

Looking at the terms it seems you can only use the return once every 12 months and if you are part exchanging you wouldn’t get your car back but the agreed part exchange value in cash instead. So I guess that reduces abuse due to the hassle for most people that would be involved.

ETA: obviously returns for consumer rights reasons aren’t affected by the limitation. Just the additional guaranteed 7 day return.

you can return more, however they charge a £100 delivery fee.

Right you are. Although it looks like it could be £250 for returns past the first one now? Either way I think it wouldn’t be worth abusing the returns policy, not much to gain from it smile

ah ok, thought they must have something in place to stop it being abused.
